Watch for the e-bike drawing taking place the week of September 27th.
No contribution or purchase is necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified. The sweepstakes period begins at 7 a.m. on September 22, 2020 and ends at midnight on September 24, 2020.
Eligibility: VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Open only to legal residents of any one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Move Minneapolis and Minneapolis Regional Chamber employees and their families are not eligible. Alternative entries are acceptable: send an email by midnight, Thursday, September 24 with your name and email address, or name, home address, and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org.”
Prize: One prize will be awarded to one winner. The prize is a Pedego City bicycle with a retail value of $3000.00. The Winner is responsible for any costs, including taxes associated with accepting the prize, including but not limited to transportation and parking (if any). Prize is nontransferable, is not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. Winner must arrange for delivery of the prize.
Selection and Notification of Winner: Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. Move Minneapolis personnel will randomly draw names of the winner and back-up names from all eligible entries during the week of September 27, 2020. Winner will be notified by email. If Move Minneapolis is unable to reach the winner or winner is unable to accept the prize by October 31, 2020, the unawarded prize will be offered to the first available back-up winner until the prize is awarded.

General: By participating in this giveaway, participants agree that Move Minneapolis, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the giveaway.
