The month of Car-Free MSP culminates in World Car-Free Day on September 22nd. World Car-Free Day aims to create awareness and educate communities about alternatives to driving alone. Launched in Spain in 1996, World Car-Free Day is observed in 1,500 cities and more than 40 countries.

Join the Minneapolis-St. Paul celebration on the evening of September 22nd at Dual Citizen Brewing Company at 5pm. Hosted by Move Minnesota and Move Minneapolis, the evening will be an opportunity to share stories and celebrate accomplishments of car-free trips.

Light refreshments will be provided by Move Minnesota and Move Minneapolis.

Beverages will be available to purchase from Dual Citizen - cash is NOT accepted.

This event will follow current CDC COVID-19 guidelines; masks and hand sanitizer will be available. Limited outdoor space will be available, and there is a garage door that will be open during the event. Masks are not required to attend; please be aware of your comfort and risk-levels in an indoor environment where some attendees will not be masked.
